So, as you can tell, I haven't kept up with this. Numerous reasons, but mainly because I kind of feel like I'm missing the point about this being my year. If I'm stressing out about posting mundane things like my tv viewings of the day.
So, here's a new proposal: I'll keep up the blog by posting truly Awesome things that happen, but I'm not worrying about what number day it is, or getting a bunch of them each day. I'll try to keep it up but really, isn't the point that I recognize year 25 as an awesome year and try to take chances? I'll keep you apprised of my doings!

Days 66-71
1) got the ball rolling for income-based payments for my student loans.
2) was there for someone
3) managed to get through a bad day and still be present with the kids
4) celebrated a friend's birthday and got lots of good conversation from her friends. Also got a bit tipsy and was made fun of by said friend.
5) saw a COWBOY riding a HORSE in the MIDDLE of the NIGHT! You must understand that this is not something to be seen in my city every day. Dude was talking on his cell phone.
6) babysat. Money!
7) was asked to babysit by another parent in the class. Excellent! More money!
8) closed two of my accounts with evil BBVA Compass. I hope to seamlessly open an account at a credit union and shift over
9) my body was cooperative at the chiropractor! Usually it isn't!
10) dance class again. I love being back in this!
11) someone from another classroom commending me on catching and preventing a bite. I'll take positive feedback wherever I can get it!
12) confirmed with my boss that I will get to observe parent teacher conferences this time!
13) allowed myself a little bit of heat. Perhaps I will go back on it later, but it's nice to have the apartment a little warmer than the outside.
14) made marshmallows!!! They are really good but also super rich. I ate four and had to lie down the rest of the day.
15) also made pumpkin spice pumpkin ale bread. It is delicious and unlike the marshmallows did not make me sick.
16) had a nice lazy weekend (apart from not feeling well)
17) we got rain all weekend long! Maybe the lakes will rise again.
